Types of messages
You may receive messages about scheduling and confirming calls and meetings, project updates, document and information requests, and follow-ups on conversations you have started with us. We do not send promotional or bulk marketing texts.
How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form, or by giving us your mobile number directly (by email, phone, or in writing, including in engagement paperwork) and agreeing to be contacted by text. Consent is not a condition of receiving our services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You will receive no more than 10 messages per week.
Fees
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in.
